Our Platinum Program gives assistance to our Marine clients buying homes in San Diego by offering the following services:

A rental car for up to 2 weeks while transitioning to San Diego
One week rent at the Residence Inn for up to 5 people (Two Adults & 3 Children).
Pick up at the San Diego International Airport and delivery to anywhere in the City of San Diego.
Transportation to the San Diego International Airport from anywhere in the City of San Diego.
A welcome/congratulations dinner at a 4 star restaurant within a month after takin possesion of your new home
Tour and inspection of homes that are For Sale in the Marines qualified price range.

These services are intended to assist our (*)qualified Relocation Marine clients while we assist them in the search & purchase of their home.

* Purchasers must be under a buyer's agreement and be fully qualified by City Line Realty, Mortgage& Relocation for the purchase of a home in which they arte looking for. All fees Incurred for items above will be refunded to the client at the close of escrow. Where City Line Realty, Mortgage & Relocation has assisted as the buyer's agent.
